Emails from Nader ….I wanted to share a couple of emails I received from Nader a few years ago regarding the DOJ investigation. Makes me have so much rage and anger but that’s not gonna change anything.

Dear :
Thank you for all your support. We are more excited than ever, and please rest assure that from now until the voting takes place, we have plenty of time to make all of our shareholders very happy and we are very focus in doing so.
We will continue to do our best and I am very excited about our short-term and long-term potentials.
God bless you and again thank you for all your support
With best regards
Nader
Here is another one regarding the 10k filed ….
My email
Dear Nader
Hope you are doing well. Once again we receive a bad news about possible actions taken against Cytodyn and management by DOJ and SEC for certain claims and statements made.
Who is behind these actions and attacks ?
Why can’t we get a break ? I have never seen so many entities and people ganged up against one small company on the brink of helping so many people.
Folks are really terrified snd not sure what is going to happen when we were so close to possibly getting something big.
Please give us some thoughts or some news to help us calm our nerves snd see the light again.
We have invested our life savings and even more so into the future of this company and it’s so heart breaking to wake up and read these horrible news against our company.
As always , I appreciate you and all your hard work.
Best

I understand.
When a press release goes out from CytoDyn about, for example, COVID-19 data, the following steps are taken:
The data is generated by our CRO, Amarex, in this case.
Then it goes through final regulatory signatures.
Then our attornies must approve (SEC, etc.)
Then our scientists must approve
Then our CFO must approve
Then I have to finalize the final approval
Do you think it is enough internal control?
We always tell the truth and nothing but the truth.
Other big pharma, for example, Gilead, had a DOJ investigation in the past:
