Does anyone know the history of Amarex and CYDY? The principals? How did they hook up? According to SEC charges/indictment, CYDY was Amarex's only real client. How did NP come to pick a down and out outfit like Amarex where CYDY was basically their only client for a trial that was basically the lifeline for CYDY?
Was Amarex the only CRO that CYDY used ever? NASH, HIV, ETC?
