It can be written or viewed as Nader being malicious, but it can also be explained that Nader was just an idiot when it came to the BLA submittal.
Remember, it was Recknor that found them changing dates, etc.
What Amarex can’t defend themselves from (I’m not a lawyer, this is just a guess) is that NP was always lead to believe that there was enough information to get the BLA done, even making us spend $150K more to get it done, etc.
That’s where the Amarex CEO should have known better (imo).
I still think we have a case, I still think the drug works and I still think the partner we had understood the problem more than we did and now they’re helping rectify it from behind the scenes.
No way does SK mention NDAs while on this new team management if there wasn’t any.
