People, people...don't conflate NP's mideeds with Amarex's unless and until we know they were in cahoots.

CYDY is not blocked from damages as of yet just because NP told them to submit an incomplete BLA or anything else he ordered them to do or not do. Amarex would have to have committed fraud in their own right for damages above what they were paid (read the agreement between the companies) and I do think that SA knows what they can and cannot get and would not be wasting their own time if they knew in advance what a despicable person NP is and what he had done. SA would not knowingly support someone committing fraud or they would be complicit too.

There's a lot of smoke right now, so let's let it settle and get some more facts before going down mental/emotional paths that we don't necessarily need to go down.
