Likewise, I am flummoxed. Compulsory arbitration, I believe requires good faith. Here principals in both companies were conspiring against the best interests of the company and its shareholders. Do the apparent fraud allegations allow cydy or its shareholders into a federal/state court where we might seek appropriate remedies under new/statutory theories of law??
