This Kaz guy is the puzzle for me, too. He blows up his company, shreds their reputation, he betrays his supposed friend (NP) . . . for what, exactly?
Could be just irrational behavior, it wouldn't be the first coke-fueled BK.
I also wonder now about the timing of NP's departure. Did the SEC tell him what was coming, did they also tell the CYDY board?
But as lousy as 2022 has been for CYDY, imagine the SP reaction if the indictment had come when NP still captain'd the ship.
Like some other poster said today, it's ridiculous we might have the safest, most powerful platform drug in the world . . .at 20 cents/share? With the former CEO indicted?
Instead of NASDAQ, 2022's CYDY was better suited for HBO.
