So, April 28 2020, Amarex files the BLA
May 5 2020 Nader sells $12 million worth of stock
July13 2020 the FDA sends out the RTF
Does not look good for Nader.
Keep in mind, others in Cytodyn were buying stock.
I think the email from nader to Kaz telling him to file the BLA was early April.
