They might be for some investors. I never shared the info but I’ve heard about this from MD about two years ago. I hate to give him credit but this was rumored by many investors, but he was the first to tell me. I talked to many investors about this.

Basically Kaz was getting shares from NP and something else to do Fife notes.

Anyways I had no proof and neither did any other investors. This was also during the time Patterson and his gang were actively trying to take over the company for Patterson’s benefit.

Also some investors were interviewed by the FBI. I had my reservations but these things with the DOJ aren’t public till they are made public. So yes although I wasn’t sure if it was true I’m not shocked by this.
