My guess is the SEC has been investigating malfeasance beyond just Nader's selling and that it's also encompassed a lot of the statements he's made publicly in videos and PRs, thus the deleting of those. I know of instances where he flat out lied in statements.
The good news is that to my knowledge the company has been truthful in its SEC filings. A while back I did a bunch of googling companies that got fined after they fired CEOs that later were sanctioned and it seemed like the fines were mitigated by cutting the CEOs loose. An SEC fine is not a given at this point but is definitely possible.
