Thanks Riz, that's exactly right. Ambulance-chaser firms file suit for greenmail purposes upon any excuse. It doesn't matter if the excuse is a real problem or a fabricated one that is proven untrue -- they file no matter what.

Just another batch of crap the company will have to deal with now. Honestly I'm surprised that no one has sent out a PR about filing suit yet. I saw one of those firms file suit against another company less than an hour after bad news was announced.
