Someone from management needs to make a statement and soon.
Should we be worried that there ARE saftey and effiecacy issues?
How does this affect the AEMEREX lawsuit?
What are our rights as sharehlders to recover damages?
Are they gonna claw back soe cash from these scoundrels and whoever else was involved or lolooked the other way ( thats you SK and all your director board member buddies)
