Having digested this - it sounds like the main things the DOJ is going after Nader & Kazem for are:
-Complete BLA submission for HIV (when in reality was incomplete)
-Hyping the Covid-19 results (which I know many of us here believe deserved to be hyped on the subgroup analysis, the FDA disagreed back then)
House has been cleaned since then, this shouldn't tie to the company at all at this point. It doesn't call into question anything about the drug itself or current management, etc...
Now at least we know what the ongoing DOJ investigation was about so we can move forward from that overhang.
I defer to the legal experts here if there is any impact on the ongoing Amarex arbitration - this looks to be separate from that entirely.
