Simple answer
Trump is constitutionally protected from this Witch Hunt that has been going on for 7 plus years...
The DOJ and Garland would be foolish to put themselves in conflict any more than they are at present.... as Biden's Presidency is at the end of a very short rope.
So, you have a Nothing Burger ... Well, unless Garland is very, very stupid and or compromised.
