I assume your response is nothing more than an attempt to bait me into a disagreement, but I'll respond anyway. I didn't say anything about having the Hold lifted given that only the FDA can lift the Hold. I said the purpose of the 6 month probation period is "to entice him to work hard and to be laser focused on developing a plan to turn things around". You're suggesting he hasn't done either of these and he can't develop a plan until the hold hasn't been lifted. Seriously??? And please don't give me your knee-jerk response "that's not what I said".
