All of the stock purchases referenced in Eric's email are/were Rule 144 restricted shares. Can't be traded for between 6 and 12 months from the purchase/issue of same, and all are in paper certificate form. Syed Naveed was identified as a new board member through the OTC Markets website. No press release is required.
