This Quote we already knew, it's the reason we are here as over 10,000 others the rules are very slack and not enforced like they should be or UNVC wouldn't be operating as it is now. If any leave the OTC and get on either one of the DE's Exchanges it will be less than100 to 50 in my opinion.
So people don't get your hopes up at all that UNVC will make on DE. Its still way in the future before they even launch.
