The hope is the main street growth act may be included in this upcoming spending bill but that's not guaranteed by any means.
They did not say an exact date from what I can remember, but if all goes well, they could launch in quarter 1 of next year. But let me ADVISE thats pure speculation by me based on what I heard.
The bill passing or not, does not prevent them from launching. May speed things up if or when it does, but it does not prevent them from launching it never passes.
