Sorry Red! Being a senior software engineer I would have to be paid a lot more than that for the unenviable task of teaching Teddie to how to code and create a better product than Matzaball’s still hilarious Teddie 2X4 roller skate invention! Although visiting him in jail and showing him it takes a lot more than 1K lines of code to write any true production quality software product might have a certain satisfaction I suppose. Well maybe he can write software to improve things at the jail. I don’t know, track the calories and vitamins in the prison food? Or track how far a 2 x 4 pair of roller skates will allow you to travel.

Maybe Teddie can start a class for other prisoners on how to write code in 1K lines or less. A group project could be to create a simulation that models the dynamics of 2 x 4 roller skates.
