P&S continued as an entity and filed 2020 and 2021 annual reports with Sunbiz. SOLS is a NV Corp.
Matt touted the Beaver and P&S, which now may be defunct. Per Sunbiz they’re inactive.
And as far as what no one cares about, EXPL’s share price and trading activity is of no concern.
When they’re ready to announce they will. Not looking to decrease shareholder equity.
