Actually that’s false. There is NOTHING in SOLS filings to even suggest as much.
Two different entities per Sunbiz, and no merger or acquisition was filed AS REQUIRED.
Plus, I had email exchanges with the Beaver who explained SOLS products were different than what P&S was offering.
Perhaps if you actually did some DD instead making up BS.
Oh, and Ware recently called what was happening with SOLS price action…..criminal.
EXPL is active per their jurisdiction and as a foreign corporation doing bidness in Florida.
