If Nader had not opened his big mouth about the Philippines negotiations BEFORE the contract was signed, then the FDA might not have rushed its poison-pen letter out, and the deal with Philippines most likely would not have collapsed.

I don't understand why you think that the company should be alerting shareholders and everyone else about any ongoing negotiations.

We've already seen what happens when people disclose information that normally is not disclosed until a deal is reached and everything is signed.

It seems illogical to think that because they are not giving us a play-by-play, nothing is going on.
