As for the company he created its still alive and Ultraflix gets uploads of new releases periodically on certain platforms like Roku. The quality of the videos is superior to others I heard. The problems with transfer agent and CE still iseems to be a issue that allegedly is being address to get relisted. Although progress is painfully slow possibly due to costs involved.
