Right, that about sums it all up, now doesn't? From now to end of year I doubt we will hear much of anything as it would be buried in all the Christmas and New Year celebration, stock loss selling, general mayhem and end-of-year malaise. IOW, a good time to stock up on this cheap stock.
The disconnect between what I believe is happening w/in the company and the stock price is probably wider than it has ever been. End-of-year explains some of it but the following link outlines merely one example of a potential prosecution of a basher on MMJ. Our BIEL has been relentlessly bashed for years on end and the 'other board' has fully sanctioned it by doing nothing. The admins are pure garbage and scum. Many of us have complained about it to no avail. It's a cesspool over there and will continue to be.

The takeaway is not the scummy bashturds will be taken to task, as much as I would love to see it, but rather that scummy bashturds (professional or otherwise) are all-too-real. To do something like that requires the lowest level of ethics and morals, as in next-to-nothing. Outside of legal proceedings, unlikely (sigh ... ), the next best antidote is acquiring and understanding accurate information via due diligence routinely uncovered by some of the best supporters of this company.
And add to that a reasonable understanding of odds and probabilities, i.e. - read 'between the lines'. What are the odds of Synergy breaking a signed contract? ... of all the OEMs backing out of their deals? ... of CEO Kelly, VP Nalepka, and COB Staelin throwing in the towel? ... of opioids becoming the safest stuff to take for chronic and post-op pain? ... of PEMF no longer relieving chronic pain, w/o side effects, on the human body? ... of people not telling others about this miracle device they've found? ... of Viant becoming involved? ... of BIEL getting some type of insurance coverage?
