I know nothing about how to value a company for buyout, but Cytodyn seems like it would be a very tough enterprise to fairly and properly price. Some indications with proven efficacy, 20x more with definite potential...I am REALLY curious on what' was discussed back in 2020/2021 re: offers and discussions with BP's.
Unfortunately, just like the outcome of so many of our Covid patients, we may never know.
