Junebug I'm not bashing I'm just showing what we should have dug and found out about Dalton 2-3 years ago, the run up to $0.165 1st quarter last year was from speculative hype, and lies and mis-leading statements from Dalton, Bio-Remedies MD we have NO ideal what type deal it is, I NO FOR A FACT there is no transdermal patch for anything with them, if any Dalton or associates at B-R had filed for a patent you could find it never took place just like I showed there wasn't any trials with the FDA as we were lead to believe was taking place. I showed where the shares were sold last year and it had to be Dalton 60,900,000

At the end of the day it's irrelevant which exchange it's listed on - Univec is a glorified shell, there is no business - or other businesses - just many millions of dollars payable to Dalton via the issuance of shares. He's been a failed businessman ever since UNVC went dark, and now the OTC is simply a retirement account for the not-so-good doctor.
