I could reasonably see the hold lift PR and a partnership or financing deal PR released either at the same time or within a short timeframe of one another. I think the hold lift would lead to a decent enough share price increase on speculation of such a follow-on announcement - similar to how we got to $1.25 on the GSK speculation.

I doubt they will PR that all the submissions for the hold lift have been filed so timing that is a guessing game, anyone playing for that, I'm guessing will need to start buying early 2023 since the 30-day clock could theoretically start anytime in the next few weeks imo.
