Timeline thought:
Looks like Welch isn’t getting some his money until the end of Jan 2023 if I understand the 8k correctly? Cyrus said that they will be submitting the final 2 pieces to lift the hold “very soon”. What if it was in the next week or so? Then the FDA has 30 days to respond.
That would put the hold being lifted in mid Jan 2023. This would surely relate to an increase in the SP which would make raising money easier……
