I am sure I will be corrected if I am wrong, but I did not hear anyone say that "we're about to finish our data submission to the FDA for the holds". What I heard was "We will submit the last 2 parts very shortly." Vague as vague can be, and certainly not "about to". Could be another month or two, who knows.
