Having run a 90 million in revenue company in my career I can assure you the CEO isn’t booking this as a victory . If anything they financially plan on zero revenue coming in until a case like this is resolved and manage to that. I also worked as an executive at another company where we believed we had a great case in a particular situation but we didn’t win . So from experience I’m just sayin, don’t book this thing until there is a resolution and hope it’s favorable to Cytodyn.
