MDHI Inks Marketing and Operations Pact with JTT-EMS in China.

Medical Alarm Concepts Holding, Inc., said that it has signed a marketing and operations agreement with JTT-EMS of Shijiazhuang, China to bring the MediPendant personal medical alarm to the People's Republic of China.

In a release, the Company said that this agreement follows the recent shipments of product to Denmark and the consummation of an agreement with an alarm company in Scotland, both with plans to begin marketing the MediPendant in the first quarter of 2013. Under the terms of the agreement with JTT-EMS, the parties have started the planning process with an initial strategy of offering the MediPendant in select cities in China.
