I went along with the premise of finding billion$, but it wouldn’t take billion$ to trigger disclosure. I think trinkets would require disclosure as well.

That said, I do SFRX a solid about every single day. For years I’ve told them the Bureau can’t issue a Recovery Permit for what is believed to be a Spanish vessel without permission from Spain.
The fact that novices see that as an attack is not my problem or something I need to address.
