Medrecycler LLC still in default with Nevada?

No annual report filed since being due June 30, 2022? Status of Medrecycler LLC is in default.
Meanwhile, technically, based on the last 10-Q, one person owns 100% of the membership in Medrecycler LLC... not the shareholders.
So why has the subsidiary's annual report not been filed for over 5 months? What business (if any) could Medrecycler LLC have done from July 1,2021 through June 30, 2022. How hard would it be to file an annual report for Medrecycler LLC business? The only thing that looks to have happened, during that annual period, was the company (one person) pledging 100% of the LLC membership to himself.
It's seems obvious there's some other reason why the annual report has not been filed for so long.
