It’s obvious who’s dumping.
SFRX tells shareholders not to sell and claims the stock is undervalued. Meanwhile they sell shares at a discount to the market.
EXPL doesn’t need to make a market for it shares, though it would have been nice.
Hard to do on the OTC without pumping and dumping.
