Question - how would "Seaside" and the "others" know what is about to happen?
It would require knowing what EGOC is going to do prior to everyone else and that could only happen if 1. They had an insider at egoc revealing information 2. They were in China and had access to filings before those in the US.
I don't think they know anything. I think they choose when to add to or create panic withithe market.
