Better ODDS? Chapter 11 or 50 Mil loan

I don't even think a 1000:1 REVERSE SPLIT (approved in March 2022 and not canceled yet) can save the company without a timely hail Mary 50 Mil loan. Restructuring (mentioned as possibility in previous filings) seems to be in desperate need in my opinion.
No assets, no cash, only revenue stream has been terminated, no Foxess product being shipped, no IST panels being shipped, many loans out there (due on demand) and no confidence (based on stock price) after all projects have following multiple press release and 100's of tweet over the past 4-5 years.
