I was looking for more history, as to what exactly happened between NP, Amarex, SK, and any of the other players, FDA, reasoning.
Maybe who got us involved with Amarex? Were there any pertinent connections that person had with the FDA? With Amarex? With Big Pharma? With Gilead?

Can any thoughts be offered as to the reason for this other than the one that I offered, which was Sabotage? If sabotage is the only reason, why? by who? how was it done precisely? were there collusionists? who?

Was there a trojan horse? A parasite? who? how was he involved?

How did Sidley Austin come on board to take this case on? What piece of evidence convinced SA to accept the case?
With the details of these answers, a more striking write up could be written.
