Also Oilfield, we all must remember that before B Gwyn took over the helm in W. Texas it was being managed by Steve York, who many feel  " just did a piss poor job at it ( is an understatement ) ". That being said, now they are playing catch up and having to figure out the needed manpower, etc... Still blame top management but they have already admitted screwing up.  Not making excuses for them as they have screwed up in the past, but just consider.
