Wow, good catch, Riz. Massive awards of options to SK and Antonio.
They vest monthly, over 48 months, with about five months vesting immediately. Antonio will vest almost 90k shares a month moving ahead. SK will vest 48k shares per month.
Strike price on all options is 35 cents.
Heaven bless Antonio if this works out. My personal opinion is....fewer blessings to SK.
