I was at my local hospital for a few days with my mom who had a fall. Definitely significant number of covid cases but other viral stuff too.

I am two years post covid with several lingering symptoms. Like you, am also hoping they will do something with longhaulers eventually. I'd say it won't happen until an approval is in place for something else. Financial resources won't allow unless the NIH or someone else of that nature sees the value in studying. Very difficult end points to design a trial around. Perhaps the next "new" virus will move things along.
