And trying to sell these dinosaurs since they first showed up on a 10-Q referencing trying to sell to or install for a transit company.
From the filings, it looks like they had no dough to install them and couldn't deliver on a contract with a state transit authority... so now trying to sell off more assets. Par for the course. Twitter looking like company's new negative message board and ebay store all-in-one.
