Tying the knot off on Dr. Ray...would ultimately create an NDA on any and all IP...when PRO140 was sold by Progenics...Dr Ray was still employed...ALL intellectual property would be protected... for ad infinitum....Dr.Ray would be too close to the fire...not to be burned personally.
