I do not believe I was lied to by Matt. He is getting chit done for Baron (BCAP). I have personally seen the progress. Again, I am not at all happy with the delay and I have relayed that message to Matt and so have many others. His hands are tied for a little while longer and hopefully will be untied sooner rather than later. In the meantime, I am on the bid at 3 and 4 hoping I get more shares before he does drop the hammer.
