Please file Medrecycler LLCs annual report with Nevada
It's ridiculous having a subsidiary sitting in "default" for 5 or 6 months with the State of Nevada because the annual report is 6 months late.
Not fair to shareholders. Oh, that's right, someone else owns 100% of Medrecycler LLC membership. Saw it in the last 10-Q. Sorry.
40 days until December 31, 2022. Can't wait to see the 8-K announcing the 100% owner of Medrecycler LLC membership extend that $684K forbearance until December 31, 2023.
