Let’s say a stock exists called $AMC. Let’s say that stock has like 516m shares give or take. Now let’s say criminals ripped off the public & #AMC by selling/ shorting quadrillions of that stock. WTF do you think the punishment for that crime should be @GaryGensler @SECGov @FBI?
