Anyone knows he Univec CEO Dalton/Univec can do business in Maryland but want/can't because of the liens against him/Univec if he does any business they would be attaching the proceeds so fast it wouldn't be funny. No where does it states he can do business and make the payment all at one time. Doesn't work that way
