Does the co. need a few bucks for MedR NV filing?
I feel awful not throwing in a few bucks help out with the late annual report filing and license renewal in Nevada.
It doesn't look good being a conglomerate global solar energy company (with $1,200 in accts receivables) and having a "wholly owned" (wink-wink) subsidiary being in default with a secretary of state for 5 months.
What does it take 3 1/2 minutes for someone to file the Medrecycler LLC annual report?
