Reverse splits will screw the investor unless the company has a steady income and is already listed on an exchange but needs to be higher price for institutional investors. Mutual funds and other institutional investors may choose to avoid stocks priced at less than $5 per share, so having a reverse split may benefit trading and stock price. But for us it is a total screw!!!
