So, I have been privately corrected that Nader did push for R/S, (for purposes of Up listing), in 2017, (when I was not a shareholder), and that he had begged the shareholders to vote for it at the ASM and it had passed. However, it was never done for a reason he did not provide.

If that is in fact the truth, I appreciate you correcting me. I was speaking from whenever I heard Nader speak on the subject and he was never in favor of it. I don't know why he would have changed his stance on the subject 180 degrees from where he was in 2017.
