I don't see not one floor less convertible in there.or toxic debt in any of those stock sales.
I see the majority of sales ranged from just under 0.001 to 0.0018 in 2019..
The market price from May 30.2019 to Nov 15 2019 was between just under 0.001 to 0.002
. The one entity didn't seem to take much of a discount for risking his money. .
Penny stocks , no money sell shares for operating capital

If he didn't risk HIS OWN MONEY SNPW won't be a Global partner of a subsidiary of a Fortune 500 company and have have it's own brand solar panels to sell, now would it.?
