Thank you Junebug.  The question Intergracer02 suggests is a good one, and if you can, please do ask.  A certified audit, even for a small start-up like Hollund can take time, because all past arrangements much be examined and all parties must agree in writing that all issues are resolved and proper.  For the auditors, waiting for written confirmations from the attorneys from other companies is a long and tiresome process.  Unfortunately, disputes extend this process even longer.
